Dear friends as you may or may not know the constitutional challenge to the amendment act has failed and as a result all claims will be dealt with under the amendment act in the near future. During the last two months I have explained some basic issues surrounding the new amendment act to prepare you to seize the future. I will proceed on this course during the first quarter of 2011. We will also be presenting a workshop on the amendment act and its application.
